Shipping
We use USPS Priority shipping. Shipping is FREE if your order is over $75. Items are processed and ship out in 24-48 BUSINESS hours (Monday-Friday) after order is received and take 2-3 business days to be delivered. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays, and or bad weather. Express shipping is the only guarantee service we provided. Domestic orders above $250 will be sent with signature confirmation automatically for security purposes.
Tracking Information
Since the customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created, tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and takes 1-2 days or sooner for the customer to receive it.
Express Shipping
We use USPS Priority Express Shipping. If your order is placed before 12:30 pm Central Time, and customer selects Express Shipping at check out, order will be shipped out the same day and received by the customer in 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12 pm Central Time will ship out next business day and received the day after that. Some areas do not offer next day shipping, if this is the case, customer will be notified.
shipping fulfillment can be delayed on holidays and on sale days due to large number of orders. Express orders are always sent out as scheduled.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Divaz Couture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
RETURNS FOR STORE CREDITS ONLY
Merchandise must be returned within 5 days of receipt.
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have damaged, worn, and clothing tags must still be intact. Items must be in a condition suit able for resale.
Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
Any merchandise that is mark "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
Non-returnable merchadise include sale products and bodysuits.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear.
Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send order back to Divaz Couture
Shipping fees are not refundable.
Divaz Couture diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear, make-up, smoke, and odor and other stains. and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.

RETURN PROCESSING:
Upon receipt of your package, your return for a store credit will be processed within 2-4 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
WHEN RETURNING:
Pack your merchandise securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition and with tags attached.
Be sure to include your original invoice with your return. You may want to keep a copy for your records. If you can't send the invoice, just include your order number, billing name & address, and reason on a piece of paper with your return.
Write “Reason for Retrun” on the back of your invoice.
Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
